Check the vacuum, i.e. vacuum meter and/or float switch in the vacuum dome.

Insert the standard nozzle and/or increase the speed.
The sausages are too loose
Check the casing tension on the casing brake.

Reduce the speed and extend the pause time and/or check the casing preparation.
