The knee lever does not respond

Select the correct operating mode.

The clipper does not respond to the start but the filler pumps

Check the clipper.

The filler does not respond to the pre-fill signal

The casing bursts on the clipper

Check the casing tension on the clipper and/or reduce the filling speed.

Portions are always too large or too small

Adjust the weight via the adjusting value. If the adjusting value was clearly too high, check the conveyor system for wear.

Strong weight fluctuations and air are in the portions

Check the vacuum, i.e. vacuum meter and/or float switch in the vacuum dome.

There is air in the boiled sausage

Insert the standard nozzle and/or increase the speed.

The sausages are too loose

Check the casing tension on the casing brake.

You are producing split casings

Reduce the speed and extend the pause time and/or check the casing preparation.

You have problems with linking

  1. Set the correct number of links
  2. Check the brake settings
  3. Check the operating mode
  4. Check the configuration and the condition of the pipe, brake and lip
  5. Increase the pause time

There is air under the casing

Check the casing brake and/or check the configuration and the condition of the pipe, brake and lip.

Unwanted sausage meat is escaping at joints

Check the joints and tighten them if necessary.

The sausage meat flow stops

  1. Use the correct conveyor system
  2. Check whether pipes or nozzles are blocked
  3. Check whether the conveyor system is blocked
