Exactly Filled Pastries

The Servocrimper is a universally applicable module for the production of a wide variety of round or cylindrical filled pastries. The attachment can achieve a filling content of up to 70 percent and is also suitable for very chunky masses. The filling - whether sweet or savory - is always positioned exactly inside the product. The module operates with 100 cycles on one and two lanes and with 80 cycles on four and six lanes.

Whether pogachas, samosa, salteñas, empanadas, pierogi, seadas, pelmeni, Maultaschen or simply dumplings with sweet or savory fillings - our attachment can be used to make a wide variety of pastries. Different doughs and fillings can be processed. In addition, filled dumplings with different weights and shapes can be produced with the module.

The HP1 can be used, for example, in combination with the Dosing Lip for gentle and precise portioning of different masses and fillings. The HP1 portions flowable and viscous masses and fillings - even with chunks of chocolate chips or nuts - with highest weight accuracy.

The portioner HP1 can be fitted with a Manual Filling Head. This enables precise and clean portioning, e.g. of fruit fillings, all kinds of masses, coconut macaroons, muffins, almond croissants, creams, desserts and puddings. A practical hand switch and an integrated holding device facilitate work in the bakery.

The Servocrimper is a universally applicable module for the production of a wide variety of filled confectionery products. The attachment can be used, for example, to produce single-lane or multi-lane filled confectionery. The Servocrimper can generate a filling content of up to 70 percent and is also suitable for highly chunky masses. The filling is always positioned exactly inside the product. Pastries can be produced in a wide variety of shapes, such as cylinders, cones, or even balls and drops.

The cutting device ASV811 processes a wide range of products. Not only solid doughs or bars can be cut, but also marzipan, fondant or sugar masses can be precisely separated. The ASV811 can cut up to 140 portions per minute.

The ASV811 can be combined with the dough portioner Robot500 and the dough portioners of the HPE series.

The cutting device ASV811 processes a wide range of products. Not only solid bars, but also marzipan, fondant or sugar masses can be separated precisely. The ASV811 can cut up to 140 portions per minute.

The ASV811 can be combined with the dough portioner Robot500 and the dough portioners of the HPE series.

Individually adjustable portioning process for unique products

The double screw technology enables gentle processing of various masses with different consistencies - whether stiff or soft. Even large inclusions such as nuts, dried fruit, and chocolate chips can be fed and portioned easily. In addition, doughs can also be processed with the same double screw. The weight range for portioning is between 5 g and 50 kg, depending on requirements and customer needs. Moreover, the machines do not require dividing oil neither for processing nor for dividing masses. This saves costs and does not affect the quality of the confectionery.

Modular systems for your confectionery production

Our machines are modular in design. The interchangeable attachments can be quickly and easily attached to the portioner. In this way, the machine adapts to the desired quality of the confectionery and the end product. The VEMAG portfolio and modular system is available for industrial bakeries and confectioneries with a high hourly output, but also for small scale businesses. While developing and programming the control system, we made sure that the machines could be operated easily and intuitively. In general, VEMAG machine housings are made of stainless steel and are encapsulated. This prevents product residues or flour dust from indtruding sensitive machine components. Same applies for water during possible wet cleaning. All mechanical components are easily accessible and the relevant electrical components are separately encapsulated. This proven box-in-box system is a unique selling point of our machines and guarantees both maximum hygiene and unique machine availability.

We manufacture our dough and mass portioners as well as attachments exclusively in Verden/Aller. Thus, we offer solutions for dough and mass preparation and automation from one source "Made in Germany". In addition, our experienced department for customized engineering offers individual solutions for bakery and confectionery production lines to meet the most diverse customer requirements.
